Where ever possible, clear clutter, empty sinks and tubs of dirty dishes, laundry, or other items. This helps us focus on delivering a quality clean.

Yes, we supply all cleaning products and equipment! We only ask that you have a toilet brush for each toilet, and a small amount of paper towels on hand. Dow

We understand you have other commitments. Your presence is not required. Please ensure the home is unlocked, or a key is in a predesignated location if you will not be home. ​

We aim to arrive at the precise time you are scheduled, but will always arrive within a 45-minute window of your scheduled cleaning time.

We are not equipped to remove mold. Areas with mold will not be cleaned until it has been properly remediated by a professional mold removal service.

We love animals, but often find it to be more efficient if animals are secured in a separate area during the clean. This is a guideline for more energetic pets or multiple animals, not a rule.
